Summer Cinema: It's a robbery! (SLO / 2024)

The protagonist Rajko (Stane Tomazin), a professional magician, is used to illusions until one of them dissolves in real life. When he is injured during a performance, the Tangenta insurance company refuses to pay him compensation due to a deliberately banal mistake. His struggle with the system sets off an absurd chain of events in which a well-intentioned but clumsy insurance agent, Marcel (Gregor Čušin), finds himself at the center of a chain reaction of nonsense – from a meeting with the director to an accidental kidnapping and escape with no clear direction. It's a robbery! is an absurd crime comedy about bureaucratic crimes, loss of trust in the system, and about people who lose faith in themselves in search of justice. The biggest robbery is the one that no one notices, even though it happens in front of everyone's eyes.
